Ken Mowe is a multi-award winning editor of commercials, music videos, documentaries, and the occasional narrative project. He lives in Los Angeles but is able to travel worldwide.

After attending film school in his native New Orleans, LA, he moved to L(period) A(period) in 2000 where he spent his first years editing music videos. Ken won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Editing three times: first in 2006 for Gnarls Barkley’s Crazy, again in 2007 for Gnarls Barkley’s Smiley Faces, and finally in 2014 for Eminem’s Rap God. He’s won a number of other notable awards as well.

For the last decade he’s divided his time between documentary series, commercials / branded content, and scripted projects.

Ken also enjoys writing, photography, and the company of his wife and young daughter. He does not particularly enjoy self-promotion, nor does he typically reference himself in the third person.
