Located in Northeast Los Angeles, Long Story Short, Inc. is a post production studio providing picture editing and sound design services to the film and television industries.

LSS was founded in 2003 by multi-award-winning editor Ken Mowe. Ken began his career in the music video space, where he won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Editing three times: in 2006 for Gnarls Barkley’s ‘Crazy,‘ in 2007 for Gnarls Barkley’s ‘Smiley Faces,‘ and in 2014 for Eminem’s ‘Rap God.‘ He’s won a number of other notable awards as well, and in 2026 his work on the HBO feature film WE BEAT THE DREAM TEAM was nominated at the Sports Emmys for Best Long Form Editing.
